Day One: Is This Thing On?

Hi, everyone. It's just before 7 am on August 1, and I'm excited, and nervous, and generally enjoying the stew of emotions that come with a new project.

I'm also procrastinating on sending the Week One photo, and the stats. My current non-peak shape is on display every time I leave the apartment, but baldly stating--see? look how bad it's gotten!--and then sharing it with very nice strangers is so unpleasant. (You are all very nice, right?)

Off to work out, eat half a bowl of cereal, and get my picture taken. We're launched!

  1. Rock On, Kim! Ramiro & I procrastinated out little hearts out on the 1/2 portions thing. We decided to stay up late last night watching Glee, drinking beer and eating CheezIts. Man -- this is gonna be tough.. lol

    We took our pics & did the weigh-in this morning. It's hard to put yourself out there, but it's definitely a motivator!
